1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and Yokaizen LLC, Shibuya, Tokyo. All rights reserved. ("Yokaizen," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Yokaizen application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these specific Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yokaizen provides an interactive wellness gaming platform, including AI companions, interactive stories, and health metric tracking.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

3.1 Objectionable Content Policy

Zero Tolerance: Yokaizen has specific Zero Tolerance for objectionable content. Users may not submit, post, or generate content that is:

• Defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content regarding race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material.
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening to other users.
• Illegal or promotes illegal acts.

3.2 Moderation & Enforcement

• Blocking: Users can block other users from within the App.
• Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content for review.
• Removal: We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer Premium Subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Store").

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

4.2 Cancellation

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Yokaizen is NOT a medical device or healthcare provider.

• The App and Yokaizen Ring are for wellness and entertainment purposes only.
• Do not use the App for medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOKAIZEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, especially regarding the objectional content policy.
